Our last segment of training in 2011 was "work in confined spaces". Through many different drills and scenarios we studied subjects like sensitivity, precision, economy of motion, timing, distance, relationship, psychology of combat and many other topics!
If you joined us for some/all of these... what were your thoughts? What did you like most? What challenged you most? What did you learn?

When you get attacked locked in an elevator, you have nowhere to run and no room for mistakes, but even if your hands are tied up behind your back you still have a chance. Worth the time exploring the possibilities!

Very fun stuff to explore lots of time u find yourself in confined spaces with people u dont know. Being calm a relaxed and a little bit of movement really makes a difference
