Workshop for Users:
In this workshop we will introduce the SPIKEY self defense tool to the general public. Several practical and easy to use applications will be taught and some demos will be done. GREAT EVENT for couples and women! Bring your friends and family. Participants will receive a SPIKEY tool with an instructional DVD. No prior martial arts experience or fitness level is required.
