Join us for 4 hrs of no-nonsense training with Systema Miami's head instructor Joe G. Topics covered will include:
*Introduction to core fundamentals of Systema: Posture, Breathing, Relaxation and Movement. *Physical and psychological preparation for striking. *Using the different natural "weapons" available in your body. *Exploration of distance, timing and relationship. *Exploration of "relaxed striking". *Applications. Date: Sunday, August 7th from 9am to 1pm.
