*Introduction to core fundamentals of Systema: Posture, Breathing, Relaxation and Movement. *Introduction to 'unified movement'. *Using physiology to escape from grabs, holds, etc. *Bio-mechanical take downs. *Applications. Date: Saturday, June 18th from 8:00am to 11:00am.
